4. Payment must be made to my CIMB /Maybank Account within 3 days of confirmation.
5. Strictly NO COD (due to my current location).
6. Delivery via *Pos Laju/Nationwide.
7. Seller is not responsible for any loss or damage of items in the process of delivery.
